System Shut Down In Seconds

Hi. Like many others have reported, my Windows 10 machine shuts off by itself, with a nuance. The nuance being that I can’t get into the bios reliably. The machine shuts sometimes a few seconds after I push the power button. I hear clicking, the screen goes dark, and then it sounds like it is restarting but nothing appears on the screen. Sometimes I am able to sign in, but not long enougj to export anything easily or barely look at the error log. I’ve seen 1, 41, 16, and 7040. I can’t get safe mode or clean boot started.
