System Restore Points Not Created After Windows 11 Update

On the 08/08/2023 Windows 11 Update successfully installed the following 3 updates:- Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - v5.116 (KB890830) 2023-08 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5028948) 2023-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5029263) However, although these show in Windows Update History they do not appear in System Restore. On the 22/08/2023 Windows 11 Update successfully installed the following 2 updates:- 2023-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based S
