You can't count on a single malicious software scanning too to know

about everything, so you should consider expanding your scanning

softwares with these free tools, then when they run clean, fix your

System Restore. Avast! is okay, but doesn't know everything.

HijackThis will only fix what you tell it to fix and just running it

won't fix any malicious software attack - you have to tell it to do

something specific based on the results.

Perform some scans for malicious software, then fix any remaining

issues:

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware

detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/

SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

They can be uninstalled later if desired.
