System restore created by Windows updates failed to restore

We are currently experiencing this and I have seen this in the past on three different systems. If I create a Restore Point, it will always restore. If Windows automatically creates a restore point, they don't always restore. Way too many glitches with Windows now days. The product should be perfect by version 11. Instead, it's 10 times more glitchy.
