System promblems

Hello, I got some problems. I was having some issues with blue screen, which I was trying to fix ( Memory managment error, I believe some drivers problem, or maybe nor ), when I found some information that I should run memory checking tool. I did just that, but after rebooting my pc just got a black screen. I've seen that it is common thing, and I can just reload my pc. After that it restarted properly, was still having memory issues. Then after a few restarts suddenly my monitor does not load the logging in process. My guess is that the memory checking process is running, but I cannot see it.
