System overheating, Live Kernel event 124 and many more

Hi guys, can someone please look at my minidup file and help me solve an issue appeared quite often now. I really can't understand why. It appears every time when I play or load my PC more than usual, starts with overheating first and then frozen / bsod / system memory crash event.
