Hi all,I have been trying to set up Windows Hello Facial Recognition on my Dell Precision 5690 (company provided laptop) with a Toallin external webcam that is meant to be compatible with Windows Hello.As a part of the set-up process, I saw advice about removing and re-downloading the below optional feature:System > Optional Features > Facial Recognition (Windows Hello)After numerous attempts the downloads keep failing.
