System laggy, Windows 11 setup screen

Hello everyoneFor a couple of weeks now, my laptop has been extremely slow and laggy. Opening any program takes 10-15 seconds and opening or loading a tab in any browser takes forever (despite using a fast internet connection that works fine on any other device). Recently, I have also started receiving error messages when trying to open Steam games ("EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000000").
