system image restore

hello. in windows 10 there is the option windows 7 backup style and when you open that it has a few options and says set a backup. if i tap this and then tap let windows choose and you do the backup does that backup include a windowsimagesystem restore? if it does when i have a computer windows 10 fully working how do i safely use that systemimage to restore it?
