Dear,Please help me i'm currently facing an issues where opening settings, explorer, task manager, alt-tabs, or any activities in windows it becomes laggy for 1-3 seconds. Its no problem when inside a games so i'm assuming its not a problem with a graphics card. when i try to monitor the performance using task manager when i try to click "start" or open setting and then system process using power usage like this...very slow > moderate > high > very high > very slow. (1-3 seconds)it become laggy when it reach moderate then instantly jumping to high then very high... it's not laggy
