System freeze and BSOD

[Windows 10]

Hello. Around once or twice a day, my PC (Windows 10) freezes suddenly after the monitor flickers for a few seconds. Sometimes BSOD appears. I need to press the restart button to bring the PC back to normal. Most of the time the problem appears soon after I turn on the power and start the PC (I turn off the power supply every night).
