system error out of memory

Before 7 months I bought a new pc and everything runned fine until I now, kingdom come deliverance 2 and battlefield 5 crash and telling system out of memory. My pc isn't using all the ram in fact I have 16 gb ram and the games use 10-12 gb ram. I diagnosed my hardware and it's healthy I tried reinstall the games but they still crash I tried every trick in the book but nothing works. please someone help me find a solution My specs:CPU: i3 12100fGPU: RX6600RAM: 16gb g.skill aegis PSU: 550w deepcool500gb ssd monitor : 1360x762p lg (I don't know more it's old)
