System error: Freeze frames and my microphone overmodulates

Dear Microsoft-Support Team!I already wrote to you months ago about my pc complaints such as the constant pc hang and sound problems. After I have got an answer I have tried all these suggestions, however without success. Subsequently I have bought myself a new pc because I thought that something might be wrong with the pc itself. Since I have bought my new pc I still had freeze frames, so pronounced that I had to restart the pc every time until today.
