System crashes to black screen with peripherals gone, only turning off PSU let's me restart the device, what can cause this?

So lately I'm having an issue with my PC. When I play games, it crashes randomly to a black screen, not posting anything to the monitor, the peripherals are gone, sometimes the chassis fans are turned off, somtimes they are still running, but the CPU cooler is always on and the RAM RGB as well.First, I was suspicious that I have an overheating problem, but when I removed the side panel, the PC still crashed while gaming. Then I started to suspect the memory, because when I changed XMP profiles, or turned them off altogether, the time to crash significantly grew. The RAM speed is currently set
