System crashes and BSODs

Hello. I recently (around 2 weeks ago) built a new PC and a problem has manifested quickly. Approximately once a day my system crashes. Sometimes I get a black screen and after a few seconds PC restarts. Also sometimes I get a BSOD with an error KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. It happens seemingly at random. When I play games or do light spreadsheet work or even just talking to people on Zoom. I have been monitoring temps and there seems to be no issue there. My drivers are supposed to be in order (I went and reinstalled them to be sure), and disabling XMP in BIOS did not help. I ran Windows Mem
