I built a new computer for the first time recently, and I've been experiencing frequent crashing while gaming world of warcraft. The crash report from the game stated issues in reading memory. The game tech support suggested an issue with the graphics driver or the vram from the GPU. So I've done a clean installation of the gpu driver twice but it has not solved the issue.
Today, the same error happened and when it did the whole system crashed and I got BSOD. I've been searching this forum on how to troubleshoot and I was able to narrow down a bit.
i. Crash was a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL which I think relates to memory, confirming the crash report from the game.
ii. Caused by driver ntoskrnl.exe. I followed the manual for driver verifier and it is enabled as of this moment. However the system has not crashed again yet.
iii. Also located in the Event Viewer that Kernel Power(41) has been occurring consistently almost daily. Not sure if this is related to the crashing issue though.
I've located the minidump file and saved it onto a onedrive folder along with MS Info and all the other error reports I could find. In the link below.
PC Info
Can someone kindly have a look at the error reports so I can further narrow down the issue? I fear this might be a hardware issue and would like to know how to test that as well. I've ran some well known benchmark tests such as windows memory test, memtest86, prime95, heaven & valley graphics test but so far have not detected an anomaly.
Kind of desperate for help because I'm really new to PC stuff and posting here is my best bet. Thanks in advance.
