Syncing new iPad Air with new HP Laptop Windows 11, both OSs at latest level

I use aol.com for my email on both my new iPad Air and my new hp laptop and my Samsung s21. I can’t get them to sync. So my iPad shows 400+ emails and my laptop about 20. I cleaned up email on my laptop. I use the aol app. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
