Syncing laptop to OneDrive

HiAt the moment I don't have all my folders synced between my laptop and my OneDrive.So if I change the folder structure in OneDrive for the files that are not synced to my OneDrive if I then sync those files between OneDrive and my laptop - will the changes I've made to the folder structure (and files) in OneDrive then be reflected in my local laptop file structure?Or will what is on my laptop override the changes I have made in OneDrive?Thanks
