Switching Motherboards: Can I just straight install Win11 or do I first need Win10?

Hello everyone!I am currently in the process of upgrading my PC with a new processor, mainboard etc. In parts this is due to my old processor not being able to run Windows 11. I have a Windows 10 license linked to my account and would like to upgrade to Windows 11. Could I just create an installation device for Windows 11 without license issues or do I first need to install Windows 10 and then upgrade to Windows 11 for the license to transfer?
