Switching from Windows 10 to 11 - How do I reinstall Office Home and Business 2019

Since Windows 10 in October will no longer be supported I have decided I need to go to Windows 11. I have checked with the manufacturer and all I need to do is to make to the BIOS to make it work. So, I have been looking for all my programs to be able to reinstall them once I put Windows 11 on this computer. I was advised not to upgrade but to do a clean install. Now my problem is I have Office Home and Business 2019. I want to be able to continue to use it when I install Windows 11. I do have the original box with the Product Key to reinstall the software. I am not sure how to proceed,
