Switch user but I must disconnect the user I am switching from

Hello everybody,I have a problem that I can not find a solution and I hope you can help me.Basically, there are a network company with a domain and all computers are joined in the domain.When, as a logged user, I press the button "Switch user", the profile is locked out, correctly, and I can inserti the credentials of the user I want to connect.The problem is that, when I insert the credentials, the computer says to me something like "Another user is already signed in.
