Switch out of S mode?

I got a new laptop for uni, and I am about to literally throw it at the wall, I cannot switch the stupid thing out of S mode. Which makes the laptop useless to me as I need to download unverified apps. Can someone please help me? It's fully updated and everything but I keep getting this stupid error?
