Swapped Motherboards and now I’m getting “Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device”

As the title says, additionally I made sure WiFi/BT was enabled in my BIOS and I even tried a tethered connection via my phone’s hotspot (which worked prior to the upgrade) but to no avail. I have no way of installing drivers because no internet and no access to anything else WITH internet besides my phone (and I can’t download drivers to a USB from my phone. Any help or advice would be appreciated because it seems like I’m out of options.Edit: The WiFi as well as BT options on the Lock Screen aren’t there and the only option given is airplane mode.
