Svchost.exe keeps changing windows time automatically

Greetings,I am using windows 10 pc, the system time keeps changing automatically.I tried setting up manual time and automatic internet time, but this problem was not resolved in either of these settings.I tried to run many cmd commands I found on the internet (check screenshots attached), but they sometimes work, and sometimes they don't. and even when they work, they don't fix the root issue. They only work for a day or two. After that, the windows time changes again.
