Suspicious .exe program found in Program Files (x86)

Hi, I found a folder in my Program Files (x86) folder called MonthPigana. The only thing it contains is a .exe file called MonthPigana.exe. There seems to be nothing else I can find on my pc related to this program, nor could I find any information about it on the internet. I tried to delete the folder, but I can't because MonthPigana.exe is always active in the task manager. I even tried ending the task but it starts back up immediately. I've also scanned the file with Microsoft defender but it says no threats found. Also, if I try to open the .exe file I get an error message saying "windows
