surveliance camera software crashing/freezing up or show invalid resolution after recent november windows 11 updates

We've been having security camera streaming issues with camera surveillance apps since recent 2024 November updates to windows 11. 2 apps seems to work fine until the pc locks but after unlocking, the apps crash or lockup and have to be killed. a 3rd app shows the wrong resolution in the image when watching the live or store video from the DVR. all these apps have stop working properly or crashing in since mid november 2024. tried removed the latest updates but only a few form early November will allow me to unintall. nothing has changed about these apps. i've tried updating windows up to
