Surface Pro 9 with Windows 11, Detaching Keyboard does not enable Tablet Mode

I would like to use the tablet capability of my Surface Pro 9 with Windows 11 pre-installed.When I detach the keyboard:it does not enable the touch keyboard;it does not auto-rotate when I flip the surface in portrait "A4" mode.I have checked the Settings for Touch Keyboard and set below.Everything seems in order but with the settings below and removing keyboard does not enable touch/tablet mode.
