Surface Pro 8 on a loop KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE

HI, I have a surface pro 8, running windows 11, that is on a loop. On the first screen, there is the message "Your device ran into a problem and needs restarting. Well, restart for you. Then the error message KERNAL check failure, the Screen goes black for 5 seconds, followed by the Windows logo, and then back to the blue screen. Hard restarting does the same thing
