My surface laptop studio's battery regularly discharges rapidly to zero despite being pluged in i.e. it won't charge. Once it reaches zero and shuts down if I then restart it whilst plugged in and go to the device manager and delete the surface battery driver and then restart (so the driver gets installed) the laptop it starts charging until 100% and stays there for a few days and then goes through the same cycle of rundown, I restart, delete driver, restart, charges up to 100%. I use a surface dock 2 on my desk but Ive also tried the charger that came with the laptop, tried cleaning the conne
