Surface Go 2 laptop does not print to Epson WF 3620

Hello,My new Surface Go 2 laptop does not print on Epson WF 3602. It has printed, but it only prints occasionally. More recently it mostly does not print and I have to switch to another laptop to print. I have installed and reinstalled the driver. The printer prints from other laptops without a problem. In Settings--> devices, it shows that the printer is "offline" and when I go through trouble shooting it says cannot connect via network. It is connected via wi-fi to other laptop so must not be the issue of printer not being on network. It should be connected via wi-fi. How can I co
