My surface book 2 i7 16GB RAM 1GB HD is now dead after a failed windows 11 update. The problem I believe lies in a password protected UEFI for which I don't have the password. It was a commercial laptop which was password protected and I didn't realise till a month or so after buying it that the UEFI was protected.After trying several times before and eventually being offered the choice of rolling back windows to windows 10 when it fails, this time I think there was a firmware update that failed and there is no way to even boot the system.All I get is a black screen with the windows logo and
