I called support and had someone by the name of Mennette E in my computer for over an hour - running diagnostics, etc. She rebooted and never called or came back. I have NO idea what she found. When I went back to support, they acted like finding her was impossible and couldn't seem to find a supervisor. Has anyone had this experience. I am SO disappointed. Earlier in the day they sent me to a company that told me my computer was a 'mess' and wanted $310 to fix it. If support tries to send you to Astutesoft, hang up.
