Please help me I feel so foolish right now. My daughter was trying to get on a website but a pop up appeared saying we had a virus and not shut down or we would loose all data. They first asked for my name and DOB and was transferred to google Adwords but I hung up and called again. This time the "tech" had me go through logging in their support site and allowed him acces to it. He proceeded to run a diagnostic check, he told me I had been hacked by individuals in Nigeria. He said to get it fixed I had to get a Microsoft certified technician level 12; the only ones he could find was online and it would cost &199.99 when I said I had to speak to my husband before making such an expense he wanted me to call from another phone. I said no he got pushy and then hung up when I said I was unable to contact my husband. PLEASE TELL ME I JUST DIDNT JUST ALLOW MY. COMPUTER TO GET HACKED. What do I need to do??
