Hi Team,I have been having a really annoying issue, I get really fast download speeds and upload speeds on all my devices except on my main PC the download speeds are fine, but the upload speed is 1mbps. it's been like this for a few months I've tried a lot. At first, I thought it was the isp however I've checked with several other devices and come to the conclusion that it has to do with a setting with Windows as the problem persists with an ethernet cable or Wifi with the same speeds.I've attempted to use the fixes in the link below but made it worse, I managed to reverse the settings and re
