Summary report of Outlook Calendar categories

I would like to be able to view or run a query on the specific categories for meetings in Outlook. For example, if I assign a project to a specific category, I would like to be able to go back and get a total for that category after a certain period of time: monthly, quarterly, semi annual, etc. I would appreciate any input to see if this is possible.
