Suddenly, Windows 11 is giving notification: "Microsoft account problem" and wants me to login.

Suddenly, after updating to "2023-08 Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057)", I keep getting a notification after boot/login for a "Microsoft account problem" and requires that I login to Microsoft.I have my Windows 11 Pro machine set up for local logins (3) and use Thunderbird as my email client (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo). I don't login with Microsoft/Hello... And I don't want to! I just close the bogus notification because there is no problem with the account, since Thunderbird can login and access Hotmail.
