Suddenly my all the games and heavy software are not launching but running in the background. What should I do?

One day suddenly my all games and heavy software are not launching but are running in the background(task manager) on opening the games. I tried reintalling the software and games.Also I tried updating the drivers but still the problems didn't solved.My system specsMSIGraphic card - 4 gb GTX max-Qram - 8 gbprocesser- i5 9th genwindows -11
