Sudden Black Screen and Fans Running at 100% - Need Help

Hello everyone, I've been experiencing an issue with my PC for the past 2-3 months. It happens randomly and not on a regular basis. Sometimes, while gaming or running multiple programs at once, my screen suddenly goes black, and the fans start running at over 100%. I recently set them manually to 100% via software, thinking it was an overheating issue, but when the issue occurs, they go even higher than that.
