stuck with keyboard orientation after updating to windows 10

by pressing alt + arrow key, my screen starts rotating.

i used to go back and forward with the tabs by pressing alt and arrow keys. but after updating to windows 10, the screen starts rotating. i know ctr +alt + arrow key rotates the screen but, now only alt+arrow keyy is doing the job. how can i fix this?
