Stuck spinning dots on windows 10 sometimes, and can't install windows 10

Hi, I have a quite good laptop with i7 11800H with installed for months windows 10 channel dev (I keep also my pc quite always updated).Sometimes my pc crash, then it should restart automatically, but at 100% seems it doesn't, so I force restart and very often it get stuck at the spinning dots, from about 1-2 seconds that they started spinning, so I force restart until it start.Then I thought that this problem was caused by the insiders program, and with the fact that I want go on windows 11 I tried do a clean installation of it without any insider program this time.
