Stuck on X:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Windows\System32\cmd.exe

[Windows 10]

so I want to install windows but it seemed to crash and it give me a Command prompt with a black screen background i tried to close it but it comes back up again I want to boot up my computer back to windows 10 so please help me with this (I also don’t have a usb but I have a Toshiba driver)
