Stuck on windows installion cannot proceed loop during start up

[Windows 11]

Everytime i turn on this gateway laptop i keep getting a message saying "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installion cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to retart the computer, and then restart the installion. " I've clicked ok several time and it just repeats this whole inssue, infact any button cause it to repeat. I tried the BIOS or Aptio Setup Utility but there is no option for factory reset. I tried hold the power button for 10 sec at the logo for the 3 times to access the recovery mode but nothing. Just repeats the whole problem.
