Stuck on the logo page with circling dots.

I factory reset my laptop by press shift and restart. Resets process begun which took several hours, it restarted a few times and it won’t leave the logo page with the spinning dots. I turned off the laptop once and taken to the advanced option menu, on that page I’m given start up repair, command prompt and some others, neither of those options are resolving. Can someone help me please?
