Stuck on “Restoring your previous version of Windows…” screen

My computer auto installed Windows 11 last night and i decided to give it a try. Windows 11 was slow and some of my apps wouldn’t start so I decided to revert back to windows 10. I’ve been stuck on this screen for over an hour rendering my computer completely useless. I tried a suggestion on another discussion and it didn’t work. I can’t use or open anything on my computer. What do i do? Should i take it to a shop to fix it?
