I wanted to Restart my pc like brand new so I did the restart options and everything. While it was loading to restart my internet turned off so it now says “Recovery””it looks like windows did not load correctly -if you’d like to restart and try again choose “restart my PC” otherwise choose see advanced options for trouble shooting tools and advanced options . I can’t restart it because no internet to be able to do it and now I can’t get out of the screen because every time I click continue it just goes black screen and I have to hold the power to shut off 3 times to go back to the recovery sc
