Stuck on Bitlocker Blue Screen. No email code from Microsoft!

Hello - a remote technician from AVG reset and repaired software and on reboot I am stuck on the Bitlocker blue page asking for key. I can sign into Microsoft in the hope of finding it, but I am not getting the second email code from Microsoft to verify me, to let me into search for my key. I am beyond frustrated. I’ve checked all accounts and no email. I’m using my phone for this as my laptop is currently bricked!!!! Heeeelp
