Stuck on Automatic repair with no way of getting new windows

Hi there, windows support team. I am currently writing this on another computer in which I can access the internet. I am currently stuck on this blue screen that says "automatic repair". It says it couldn't repair my PC. And, whenever I click advanced options, none of the options work. I can't even reinstall windows. I believe it is because of my hard drive, but I do not want to get a new one because I have spent too much money on them. I am stuck in a loop and even when I turn off my PC, it doesn't work as well.
