Stuck on “Automatic Repair” screen

Every time I turn on my PC I get the Automatic repair screen with a prompt below it saying Your PC did not start correctlyPress”Restart” to restart your PC, which can sometimes fix the problem. You can also press “Advanced Options” to try other option to repair your PC. I went to reset my pc and it says Couldn’t Reset.
