Long story short, I tried to enable my PC to use 23H2 which it should be compatible with but it didn't work... so I made it worse and went into the Insider program to see if I could bypass what was happening by going further. Nope. Tried .msu downloads, tried inplace upgrade, tried to install repair version from WU, tried to install from .iso, changed bios settings, used a file called boot repair tool for all the /bcd commands etc., reinstalled graphics and Intel driver, every single time I either get 19001 error which corresponds to broken drivers, or a download error via WU.I need help.
