Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my Windows PC after accidentally deleting the **x64/audio/sfx/ANIMALS.rpf** file while trying to remove a graphics pack for **FiveM/GTA5**. I permanently deleted it from the trash, which caused my PC to behave erratically. I attempted a **system restore**, but it resulted in my PC being stuck in a **Windows 11 mode loop** where I can no longer **restore or reset** the system. Safe mode is also inaccessible.
